Technology enabled me to find inspirtation because it helped me look up lyrics that I thought would be creative enough to incorporate in art. Another way technology allowed me to gather inspiration was the actual set up of the eye and how I put together this piece. I found the lyric I wanted to add in so then I needed to find a corresponding picture that would work and found that this eye did.

If this technology did not exist it'd be very hard for me to figure out how to put my message together in one unifying piece. First of all it'd be very difficult to gather inspiration in general, except for the fact that I knew that I wanted to use this lyric. But without technology I wouldnt have figured out how to make an eye or to even use an eye as my project. I think that technology helped spark the creative process for me because without it I would've been stuck on what to do for this entire project. I used things that were somewhat tutorials in order to further execute this piece and I think that that really benefited me. Without technology the execution of this piece would've been very difficult.

Technology enables me to learn from other artists because it allows me to use their work as inspiration for my own. Also other artists work helps me figure out what I could fix with mine, with other artists work I can compare my own work to theirs and see what it is I like about theirs and figure out how I could do something like that with my own and how to further refine my own work. Technology is what allows me to actually search other artists work and allows to use their work as inspiration. While reflecting on my own piece, a lot of my ideas came from other artists in terms of how to make the eye and how to put the lines in the eyes and how to create believable veins in the eyes. Without technology my project would be much simpler and not as well executed as it is now.
